Ready to take the next step toward your flight attendant career? Enrolling in Inflight Foundations ensures you receive hands-on training, professional coaching, and career guidance in a focused, small-group environment. Each session is limited to 5 students to ensure personalized attention and hands-on coaching. Spots fill quickly, so early enrollment is strongly recommended.

Program Schedule & Hours

Training begins on the first and third Monday of each month. The program runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, followed by a weekend break, and then continues Monday and Tuesday of the following week, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This schedule includes seven total in-person training days delivered in an immersive, structured format.
Enrollment is encouraged at least one month in advance to ensure availability, as class size is limited.

Tuition & Payment Details

The total program tuition is $3,000, with a $1,000 deposit required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks prior to the start of your session. After submitting your enrollment form, you will receive an enrollment contract outlining program policies, along with invoice and payment instructions. Enrollment is not considered confirmed until the signed contract and deposit are received.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our small-class experience. A $1,000 deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future session if written notice is provided at least two weeks prior to the scheduled start date, subject to availability.
Full program tuition, less the deposit, is refundable up to two weeks before the program begins.

Because instructor time, materials, and limited class space are reserved in advance, cancellations made within two weeks of the start date are non-refundable. Once the program has begun, all tuition is non-refundable, including in cases of early withdrawal or non-attendance.

If Inflight Foundations cancels a scheduled session for any reason, students will be offered the option to transfer to a future session at no additional cost or receive a full refund of all tuition paid, including the deposit.

How to Enroll

To enroll, complete the enrollment intake form below. Once submitted, you will receive your enrollment contract, which outlines program policies, along with invoice and payment instructions. A $1,000 deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your session begins.

The intake form will ask for your full name, email address, phone number, preferred session (select only one date), and any questions or special considerations. You will also acknowledge that you understand the program schedule, deposit, and refund policies.

Please note: There will be no sessions available for the second session of August, November, or December 2026. All other scheduled sessions will proceed as planned. If your preferred timing falls during these weeks, we encourage you to select an alternate session to secure your spot.
