Inflight Foundations was created to bridge the gap between aspiration and readiness for those pursuing a career as a flight attendant. The airline industry can feel exciting—but also overwhelming—especially when candidates are unsure of what airline training and interviews truly involve. Inflight Foundations exists to provide clarity, confidence, and professional preparation before you ever step into an official airline environment.

This program offers a realistic, airline-style learning experience while remaining fully educational and non-operational. It is designed to help aspiring flight attendants understand industry expectations, develop professionalism, and build the confidence needed to succeed in interviews and future training.

Inflight Foundations is led by Francisco Fox, an aviation professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry, including years spent training flight attendants within airline environments. Having worked behind the scenes in airline training, Francisco understands not just what airlines look for in candidates, but what it actually feels like to step into training without knowing what to expect—and how much confidence that knowledge can make.

Over the years, one thing became very clear: many aspiring flight attendants don’t struggle because they aren’t capable—they struggle because they haven’t been given the opportunity to learn, practice, and ask questions before entering airline training. Inflight Foundations was created to give future flight attendants that missing piece.

As both the owner and instructor, Francisco personally leads the program with a supportive, hands-on approach. Students can expect honest guidance, real-world insight, and a learning environment that feels encouraging rather than intimidating, where confidence is built naturally, and growth is supported every step of the way.

At Inflight Foundations, our mission is simple: to help aspiring flight attendants feel prepared, confident, and informed before stepping into airline interviews and training. We believe that confidence comes from understanding—not guesswork—and that everyone deserves the opportunity to start their aviation journey with clarity and support.

We created this program to bridge the gap between ambition and readiness. By offering a realistic, airline-style learning experience in a non-operational, educational environment, we give students the chance to learn, practice, and grow without pressure. Our goal is not to replace airline training, but to help students walk into it feeling grounded, professional, and ready to succeed.

Based in Madison, Wisconsin, Inflight Foundations is proud to be the state’s leading flight attendant preparation program. Through hands-on instruction, honest guidance, and personalized coaching, we aim to empower future flight attendants to step forward with confidence—and take the next step toward a career they’re excited about.
